There is a link at the bottom of the page to pay for and confirm your place in a course right now, online. Please look over the policies here first, then go register!
Payment
If you would like to register you MUST pay the course fee in full. The best way to do this and to guarantee your spot is to follow the link at the bottom to the online payment form. If you have any questions feel free to use the AlpenPro contact form, or call the toll-free number at the top of the page and leave a message.
You can also send a check to us, if you do this please use the contact form to let us know that you have done that and to get further instructions.
Refund Policy
Due to the small class sizes and the travel required we cannot make any guarantee of any kind on refunds unless a class is cancelled by us. In the unusual event of a cancellation by us a 100% refund is given.
It is possible to transfer your payment to another person you find who wants to attend, or if we can fill the class we will refund your payment less a $25 handling fee. Note that we will fill vacancies before cancellations.
Upon making your payment you will be sent your preliminary notes and your year of membership benefits at the Avalanche Center will begin. Avalanche safety equipment can be ordered at a 30% discount if the order is paid in full at least 30 days before your class. If you cancel your registration the discount will not apply and any refund that may be due will first be applied to payment of the full value of the equipment order.
Despite our official policy stated above refunds, partial or full, may be given in any situation subject to the sole discretion of AlpenPro . We do our best to accommodate situations such as unforeseen emergencies, injuries, etc.

Most people who submitted online unpaid registrations in the past (when it was possible) were not serious enough to make an advance commitment. By the time they thought about paying for class something else had usually come up. AlpenPro courses require a very large commitment from us as well as from students. There are a lot of logistics and planning involved given the dispersed locations and small class sizes. We expect students to be equally committed in order to offer the best learning experience and most effective instruction.
By confirming your enrollment with payment you are confirming that you are as serious about the class as we are.
