Registration

There is a link at the bottom of the page to pay for and confirm your course or module registration right now, online. Please look over the policies and links here first, then go register! The pricing is posted on it's own page.

Payment

The best way to pay and register is to follow the link below to the online payment form. This allows you to begin the course or module almost immediately. You can also send a check to us, our address is on the contact page. If you are in Europe, or have a bank account there, you can make a transfer within the EU to our bank in Austria, inquire for the routing details. In either of the last two cases please inform us using the contact form so we can verify your payment.

Refund Policy

If you register for a course and have ongoing technical problems in the first couple modules you try we will refund your payment minus the value of any modules successfully completed. This is described in this FAQ and has not been at all common. If you register for a single module there is no refund unless you have technical problems from the start and are unable to complete any of the material. If you are challenging a module there is no refund available, but you may apply whatever you have paid for challenges to the fee for other modules or a full course in accordance with this FAQ.

Despite our official stated policy refunds, partial or full, may be given in any situation subject to the sole discretion of AlpenPro . We do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.

Field Days

There is no cost for any of the AlpenPro field days, but we must verify that you meet the prerequisites. Therefore to register for a field day you must contact us. Please make sure we will have a record of you completing or successfully challenging the require modules unless you are enrolled in a complete course. If you are enrolled in a complete course please make sure there is enough time prior to the field day to complete the necessary modules, and make sure you invest the time needed to complete them before the actual date of the field session.
